Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of both gender age 30-60 years. 2.Pre - hypertensive 120-139 or 80-90 mm Hg. 3.BMI >= 25 kg/m2. 4.Serum triglyceride ( 150-499 mg/dl). 5.Serum cholesterol (200- 240 mg/dl). 6.HDL cholesterol ( men > 40 mg/dl),( women > 50 mg/dl).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the age of 30 years and above 60 years. 2.Uncontrolled Blood Pressure. 3.Diabetic patients. 4.Pregnant and lactating women. 5Patients of other co- morbidities taking medicine.
