Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects between 3 and 5 years willing to participate, who provide parental consent and co-operate for examination, having primary dentition and subjects with no history of antibiotic, anti-inflammatory medications and profession fluoride treatment within the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents/caregivers not willing to fill consent form, subjects with oral soft tissue lesion/s, hypoplastic teeth, history of allergy to the constituents of tooth paste, hematologic disorders, or any other systemic illness
