Inclusion criteria: Patients who are undergoing elective or emergency surgeries requiring central venous catheter insertion
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent for study, bleeding disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, severe COPD, vascular malformations, severe cardiac disease
