Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Bhagandara (Fistula-In-Ano) 2. Presence of abnormal opening in perianal region. 3. Recurrent muco-purulent discharge from abnormal opening present in perianal region. 4. Recurrent perianal pain/ discomfort.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bhagandara associated with one or more of the following conditions: 1. Uncontrolled tuberculosis 2. Uncontrolled Hypertension. 3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 4. Osteomyelitis. 5. Chronic or acute ulcerative colitis. 6. Crohnâ??s disease. 7. Any malignancy. 8. Venereal disease, HIV and HBsAg positive cases. 9. Pregnancy. 10. Fistula other than ano-rectal
