Intervention1: A fixed dose combination of eleven aminoacids (Astymin 3): 200 ml will be injected intravenously on alternate days for seven days, on day 1, 3, 5 and 7 (Total 4 doses) Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 yrs to 75 yrs 2. Both male and female 3. All patients who have been diagnosed to have sepsis based on positive blood culture 4. Subjects and / or LAR willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Septic shock 2. Presence of acute cerebrovascular event 3. Acute coronary syndrome 4. Acute pulmonary edema 5. Status asthmaticus 6. Cardiac dysrhythmia (primary diagnosis) 7. Those who need blood transfusion 8. Need for immediate surgery during the study period 9. History of recent organ transplantation 10. Pregnancy
