Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young obese individuals of either gender age 18 to 30 years waist circumference: more than 90 cm men and more than 85cm women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed hypertension Congenital heart disease Acute illness Pregnancy Smoking Acute musculoskeletal pain Any known medical conditions and Anabolic steroids
