Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recruitment of patients from the Vision Centers which use Tele-ophthalmologists for grading the fundus photo images. An eligible patient must have a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-diabetic patients
