Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of age group 25 to 60 years Patients having classical symptoms of Amavata Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria American rheumatological Association 1988 Both sero positive and sero negative cases will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronocity for more than 10 years Patients of Amavata having any severe deformity patients of Amavata having any other systemic disease like HTN diabetes tuberculosis and any major complication
