Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptoms of radiating pain from buttock and lumbar region to back,thigh,calf region and feet. Patients who are fit for Basti Karma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Traumatic,Infective,neoplastic,degenerative conditions of spine. Congenital spinal anomalies Patients unfit for Basti Karma Pregnancy and lactating women.
