Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Isolated severe Head Injury(GCS Requiring ICU admission Cases- patients who develop PSH Controls- age, gender, GCS matched patient who does not develop PSH
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged 60 years If after the diagnosis of PSH, patient is on inotropes Known cardiac disease Pregnant patients Significant extracranial injury Refusal of consent
