Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Males/females between 55-70 years 2. People willing to attend a 4 week treatment program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Spinal surgery 2. Unstable angina/uncontrolled cardiac dysrhythmias/severe aortic stenosis/acute systematic infection accompanied by fever 3.people with any confounding conditions, such as a neurologic, medical or surgical disorder or currently receiving treatment for cancer. 4. Medico-legal issues 5. eople diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, or fibromyalgia by an appropriate medical consultant 6. History of systemic/inflammatory disease 7. Fractures, bone tumors, herniated disks, deep vein thrombosis, aortic aneurysm, metal implants (leg or vertebral column) 8.Anxiety disorder or any other psychological impairements.
