Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing glaucoma or post PK glaucoma 2. Patients requiring two anti-glaucoma medications ( eye drop timolol and eye drop brinzolamide) for IOP control 3. Age > 18 years 4. Patients giving consent 5. Willing for follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not giving consent 2. Not willing for follow-up 3. Decompensated graft
