Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients coming for MDCT for abdominal and urological lesions above the age of 30 years with prior consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling patients Prior history of back pain/ spine surgery

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the prevalence of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis in asymptomatic patients visiting a tertiary hospital.Timepoint: Patients were assessed when they came presented to the department to get CT scan done.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the association of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis in relation to age, gender and spinal level most commonly involved. Grading of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis according to Pathria grading criteria. Timepoint: association with age , gender and most common spinal level involved grading acc to pathria grading
