Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic disc prolapsed diagnosed with MRI scan 2. Disc prolapse of either L4-5 or L5-S1 3. Age more than 18 4. VAS Score more than 7 5. VAS 4-7 with difficulty of ADL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic multiple disc level 2. spondylolisthesis 3. spinal stenosis 4. Motor deficit
