Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with femur fracture posted for correction surgeries belonging to ASA physical status I to III 18 to 75 yrs of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac illness ASA grade IV and above Age not falling into the inclusion criteria pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
Changes in the Right Ventricular systolic functionTimepoint: preoperative , intra operative if any changes in hemodynamics occur, immediate post op,24 hrs after the procedure
