Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Speech problems which are due to global developmental delay and delayed language development uncomplicated by surgical and other fatal symptoms will be included. 2. Speech problems carrying definite psychological ailment will be included. 3.Speech problems due to academic stress, child abuse, child neglect, inferiorly complex, poor parental relationship will be also included. 4.Speech problems with pauses, repetition, prolongation of words, slurring of words, distortion of vowels, dysfluency of speech uncomplicated by structural and fatal causes will be included. 5.Patients with mild neuromuscular problems related to speech uncomplicated by any symptoms will be also included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from either sensory, motor or total aphasia will be excluded. 2.Patients with speech problems requiring immediate surgical, anatomical, neurological, skeletal correction as management will be excluded from the study. 3.Speech problems associated with complicated systemic inflammatory, degenerative, neuromuscular disorder, cerebral palsy and gross mental retardation, global developmental delay with fatal symptoms will be excluded. 4.Patients suffering from dysphonia, dysarthria will be also excluded.
