Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 Years 2. Tissue proven diagnosis of non-sarcoid granuloma (node/ myocardial)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of granulomatous myocarditis- e.g. Myocardial TB (positive for TB PCR, caseating granuloma, AFB culture, pulmonary TB) 2. VT related to extensive scar to be excluded (as these scar related VT are not expected to improve with anti-inflammatory therapy in contrast to inflammatory VT)
