Health Condition 1: null- Age more than 18 and less than 65 years ASA I and II

Intervention1: Dexmedetomedine: Inj. Dexmedetomidine infusion (0.5µg/Kg) in 10 ml Saline over 10 minutes followed by Inj. Etomidate (0.3 mg/Kg) over 30 seconds ,till lack of response to verbal comma

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history to any study medications Anticipated difficult airway Known psychiatric disorder sepsis CAD Pacemaker or beta-blockers pregnancy
