Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having any one of the symptoms of lower back pain radiates to the lower extremities anteriorly tenderness numbness 2 Limitation of lower back movements 3 Patients willing yo sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients age below 35 and above 60 years 2 Traumatic condition 3 Ankylosing spondylitis 4 Spondylolisthesis 5 Neoplasm 6 pregnant women 7 Cardiac diseases 8 Lactating mother 9 Congenital anomalies 10 Potts disease
