Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 â?? 2, aged 18 â?? 60 years, elective lower abdominal laproscopic surgery (with expected duration under 2 hours) study will be conducted on two subgroups of patients 1. Female patients undergoing laproscopic Gynaecological surgery (Groups A and B, 30 patients each ) 2. Male and Female patients undergoing laproscopic hernia surgery patients undergoing (Groups C and D, 30 patients each)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics, patients on anticoagulants or with bleeding disorder patient refusal
