Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult male patients in the age group between 25-50 yrs with primary uncomplicated, unilateral/bilateral inguinal hernia will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Female patients Male 50 yrs Patients with history of previous surgery in the inguino scrotal region Recurrent inguinal hernia Complicated hernia (irreducible, obstructed , strangulated) Hydrocele Epididymitis History of orchidectomy
