Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status 2 patients scheduled for Elective Caesarean Section under Spinal Anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Age greater than 40 years ASA physical status III and IV Received antiemetics within 24 h before surgery History of Migraine /Motion sickness /PONV Received preoperative / intraoperative opioids Allergy to any of the drugs in the study All known contraindications to spinal anaesthesia Known history of substance abuse.
