Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients, who will undergo spine surgery under general anaesthesia ith endotracheal tube

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with neck pain, a history of neck surgery, a limitation of neck movement, or morbid obesity (body mass index > 35)

The change in endotracheal cuff pressure from supine to prone and back from prone to supine will be noted. The amount of air required to maintain the pressure will be noted.
