Health Condition 1: null- Systemically healthy patient with periodontal pocket depth of 5mm or more in posterior quadrant.

Intervention1: Platelet rich plasma(PRP): Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is obtained from patient blood after centrifuging the blood with anti coagulant solution and mixing with 1ml solution of 10% calciu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Pocket depth of 5mm or more in posterior quadrant 2)adequate attached gingiva 3)age group of 25-45yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any systemic diseases, 2)Smoking, 3)Pregnant and lactating women, 4)If patient had taken antibiotics less than 6months

To compare the effectiveness of two delivery systems â?? 0.2% GENGIGEL gel and Platelet rich plasma (PRP) on clinical parameters pocket probing depth (PPD) and bleeding index (BI) of periodontitis after scaling and root planning(SRP).Timepoint: At baseline , 1 month and 3 months.

To assess the level of Nitric Oxide in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of both the local delivery systems.Timepoint: At baseline and 3 months
