Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symptoms of Manyastambha and cervical spondylosis that is shoola and stambha in cervical region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having associated conditions like fibrosis,history of traumatic injury to cervical spine.

MeasureTime frame
the morning and evening nasya group where both time nasya is adminintered will show marked improvement compare to other groupsTimepoint: Patient will be assessed on 8th day after treeatment and every 7th day for a month
