Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed and stable diabetes mellitus (type II) patients with HbA1C 2. Age 18-65 years 3. Both sexes 4. Ability to read Bengali 5. Providing written informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes mellitus type I 2. Patients who are too sick for consultation 3. Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study 4. Unable to read patient information sheet 5. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure 6. Pregnant women and lactating mothers 7. Substance abuse and/or dependence 8. Self-reported immune-compromised state, and 9. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 6 months
