Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having anyone of the symptoms of lower back pain rediates to the lower extremities anteriorly,tenderness,numbness. limitation of lower bak movements. patients who is willing to undergo necessary investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O Traumatic condition Ankylosing spondylosis Spondylolethesis Neoplasm Congenital anamolies Pott"s spine Pregnant women and lacating women Patients with any other serious systemic illness

MeasureTime frame
1.pain reduction is evidenced by pain assessment scale (visual analogue scale). 2.Reduction of stiffness and pain present in the lumbar region. 3.Improvement in the range of movements of lumbar region. 4.Improvement inability to sit,stand and walk for a long time without pain.Timepoint: 12 months
