Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years 2. ASA Grade I & II 3. Patients scheduled for infraumbilical surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patientâ??s refusal 2) Neurological disorders 3) Coagulation disorders 4) Allergy to study drug 5) History of any significant coexisting disease like ischemic heart disease, impaired renal failure, rheumatoid arthritis, severe liver disease 6) Contraindications to regional anaesthesia such as local infections/sepsis at the site of lumbar puncture, space occupying lesions of the brain, anatomical disorders of spine, hypovolemia, etc 7) Pregnant females, malnourished patients, chronic alcoholics, patients with atrioventicular conduction blocks > 1st degree, Heart rate
