Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 90 healthy volunteers out of which 45 male and 45 female between the age groups of 18-22 years, Measuring normal BMI (18.5 to 25.00) and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Healthy volunteers having age group below 18 and above 22 years -Physically handicapped or mentally disoriented. -Healthy volunteers having any past history of major surgery or major illness. -Having any chronic or acute illness. -Ayogya for Vyayama. -Having any metabolic disorder or other systemic disorders. -Healthy but exhausted by any work or exercise just before the time of examination for the present study. -Person doing regular gymnastic or any heavy physical exercise. -Healthy individual who have taken any supplementary nutrition treatment containing high protein or any treatment containing steroid recently.
