Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1- Rates of maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth enmasse retraction in intervention and control group, 2- Total duration of en masse retraction Timepoint: 1- At start of retraction, then at each month interval till end of space closure 2- Approx 18 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1 Root resorption of anterior teeth in both groups 2 Pain assessment after placement of micro-osteoperforations (MOPs) Timepoint: 1- at pretreatment, start of retraction (approx 7-8 months from start of treatment) and at end of space closure (approx 18 months) 2- at 1hr, 1day, 7days and 30days after placement of MOPs
