Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Positive Cozens and Mills test with dominant hand involvement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elbow dislocation,arthitis,carpel tunnel syndrome,fracture of upper limbs,bilateral tennis elbow Corticosteroid injection within three months. Patients who received any treatment for lateral epicondylitis in last three months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain and Functional Ability as measured by Patient Rated Tennis Elbow Evaluation Questionnaire Timepoint: Follow ups after every two weeks. Total of 5 follow ups after initial visit.(Total 10 weeks).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Maximum grip strength and pain free grip strength as measured by Jamar Digital Dynamometer Maximum pinch strength as measured by Hydraulic pinch gauge.Timepoint: Follow ups after every two weeks. Total of 5 follow ups after initial visit.(Total 10 weeks).
