Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People of age 30-70 years 2. Type II Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathic pain 3. Those who are willing to provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any other neurological disorder or morbid conditions 2. Patients with other metabolic Neuropathy ( e.g.: Thyroid disorders) 3. Pregnant women 4. Patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation 5. Patients with DPN with foot ulcer

variations in biomarkers level after the low level laser therapyTimepoint: Baseline sample will be collected on 1st day before starting laser therapy. 2nd sample will be collected on 30th day from last day of laser treatment.
