Intervention1: Acapella Therapy: In the clinical setting, chest physiotherapy has been used widely
acapella has not been used widely, so the researcher would like to introduce acapella therapy for finding its effect on respiratory parameters of patients with COPD.

| Spo2, lung volume and pulmonary functionTimepoint: The sample will be randomly assigned to two groupâ??s fifteen patients for acapella therapy and another fifteen for chest physiotherapy. The pre test assessment of baseline proforma, Leicester cough scale, and respiratory parameters such as RR, SPO2, lung volume, adventitious breath sounds and pulmonary function will be done on day one. | — |
