Intervention1: Swarna Bhasma as Swarna prashan: Dose of Swarnabhasma: 15 mg (1/8 Ratti) Dose of Ghrita: 6 drops (approx. 360 mg) Dose of madhu: 10 drops(as per palatability) Only on first day of life

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly born baby of age less than 1 hour to 3 hours will be included in the study. A FT (AGA)baby without any congenital/hereditary disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If mother of the child had any systemic illness during antenatal period. Preterm, VLBW and ELBW babies Congenital and hereditary disorders.
