Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were selected on the basis of signs and symptoms of KarnaNaad- Tinnitus described as per Ayurvedic and modern literature

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital deformity. 2. Blockage due to stenosis of external auditory canal. 3. Established diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 4. Patients not willing to be registered for the trial
