Intervention1: OVULATION INDUCTION WITH ENDOMETRIAL SCRATCHING FOLLOWED BY INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION: Ovulation inducing drugs given from Day2 to Day5 of cycle.Endometrial Scratching done on day 6-9 o

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Couples unable to conceive after having regular, unprotected sexual intercourse for >12 months. 2. Age between 18-35 years. 3. BMI 4. Husband Semen Analysis within normal references ranges as per WHO 2010 criteria, within last 6 months. 5. Tubal patency documented by HSG/Laparoscopy. 6. Normal Transvaginal ultrasound to exclude any pelvic structural pathology. 7. Genital TB infection ruled out by TB-PCR /BACTEC. 8. Patient consenting to undergo 3 cycles of ovulation induction and IUI .(unless pregnancy occurs before 3 cycles)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any fertility treatment in the last 3 months. 2. Recurrent miscarriages (Spontaneous loss of >3 clinical pregnancy) 3. Endometrial Biopsy /Hysteroscopy in last 3 months. 4. Patient unable to tolerate endometrial scratch. 5. Unable to pass curette into the Uterus.

1. To assess the effect of iatrogenic Endometrial Injury on early miscarriage rates in patients of unexplained and anovulatory subfertility. 2. To estimate patient discomfort and pain following iatrogenic endometrial scratching using standard pain scale. Timepoint: 1.upto 3 months 2.0-5 minutes after Procedure—
