Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?®All patients of mild to severe atrophic facial acne scars ï?®Age: â?§14 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group Patients who received Isotretinoin or underwent resurfacing laser procedures within the preceding 6 months Active acne lesions Active Herpes virus infection Pregnancy and lactation Tendency of Keloid formation Patients allergic to Lidocaine
