Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female patient of 18-60 years of age. 2. patient undergoing head and neck free flap surgery. 3.patient with no serious medical illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient with cardiac disease,renal disease,liver disease 2.patient refusal to take part 3.hypersensitivity to drugs 4.pregnant women 5.history of narcotic abuse
