Inclusion criteria: •Female patients. •Patients undergoing elective surgery under GA. •Patients belonging to age group of 18-60 years. •Patients who can tie a bun

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing neck extension limitation due to any cause e.g 2. Cervical spine disease 3. Tumors in head and neck region 4. Trauma 5. Post burn contracture. 6. Ankylosing spondylitis , rheumatoid arthritis like inflammatory joint disease 7.Torticollis/ neck spasms
