Health Condition 1: null- PT AGE 65 YEARS AND ABOVE

Interventions

Intervention1: pneumococcal vaccine 0.5 ml i.m: half patient will be given 0.5 ml of pneumococcal vaccine,while other half patient will be given 0.5 ml of normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pt aged 65 years and above,consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: withdrawl of consent, allergic reaction to any component of vaccine, prior pneumococcal vaccine, condition which affect follow up such as severe dementia, severe neurological condition, severe frailty
