Inclusion criteria: Type II diabetes mellitus patients from medicine and surgery OPD Type II diabetes mellitus patients from medicine and surgery IPD Patients attending diabetic clinic of Kasturba Hospital Manipal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to participate in the study Those who are not type II diabetes mellitus Those who are above 70 years
