Inclusion criteria: 1)Age : 50 to 80 years 2)Gender : male or female 3)ASA : I-III 4)Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty under combined spinal epidural anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Revision total knee replacement 3)Patients with coagulopathy 4)Local infection
