Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patientsâ?? >= 30 years of both gender diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes mellitus at least since two years, willing to participate and attending the medicine department OPD or admitted in Medicine wards at tertiary care referral hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients of type 2 Diabetes mellitus having severe co-morbidities like stroke and chronic renal diseases, at time of recruitment into the study. •Patients who have come to the hospital due to other illness and have been referred to the medicine OPD only for a consultation. •Pregnant females.
