Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) clinical signs and symptoms of bhagandara (low anal fistula in ano) 2)Fistula track not exceeding 5 cm in length

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) HIV and HBsAg positive patients 2) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
