Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy children between the age of 4-10 years. • Children requiring vital pulp therapy in primary mandibular molars. • At least 2/3rd of the root length is available • Minimal periapical changes with sufficient bone support . • Internal resorption without any obvious perforation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from any medical or Systemic conditions. 2.Excessive mobility of teeth 3.Non restorable tooth.
