Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willing to report for follow up even after most troublesome symptom(s) are gone. 2.In�ammatory (papules/pustules/nodules) and non ¬in�ammatory acne lesions (closed/open comedons). 3.Not taken any medication for acne in preceding one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women 2.Patients with acne conglobata 3.Drug/ Alcohol addiction 4.On allopathic drugs, other than for hypertension or diabetes mellitus

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To observe the change in severity of acne on Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) at the end of 6 months of treatment.Timepoint: Baseline, 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe the change in Quality of Life (QOL) at the end of 6 months of treatment.Timepoint: Baseline, 6 months
