Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I & II status. 2. Patients giving informed written consent. 3. Patients scheduled to undergo elective laparascopic surgery like appendicectomy, cholecystectomy and hernia repair under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA III or greater. 2 Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Patients with suspected difficult intubation, allergy to opioids, cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal disease. 4. Patient with allergy to the study drugs
