Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese Persons having BMI >=30 - 2. Patients participate in the study, ready to follow the instructions and sign the consent form, of either sex, aged 20 to 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Patients having cardiac, liver and renal disorders. 3. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 4. Patients of secondary obesity
