Health Condition 1: null- Fasting blood glucose level 110mg/dl and 250 mg/dl Post Prandial blood sugar level 140mg/dl and 450 mg/dl Patients between the age group of 30-70 years of either sex

Interventions

Intervention1: Phaltrikadi kwath: The interventional drug will be administered at a dose 40 ml twice a day after meal for 90 days Intervention2: Madhumeh-har kalpit yog: Will be administered at a dose

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose level >110mg/dl and 2. Post Prandial blood sugar level >140mg/dl and 3. Patients between the age group of 30-70 years of either sex will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient less then 30 years and more then 70 years excluded 2. Patients having DM type 1. 3. Blood sugar -fasting Blood sugar level >250mg/dl -Post Prandial blood sugar level >450mg/dl 4. Patients having complication of diabetes 5. Any other serious medical & psychiatric disorder.
