Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18yrs requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation 2. Patient who have consented for the procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged below 18 years, 2. Patients who do not give consent for study 3. Patients with pre-recognised airway anomalies 4. Patients with head and neck pathologies in the form of prior surgery, trauma or radiation. 5. Patients planned for regional anaesthesia but converted to general anaesthesia for various reason.
